Pro add-on and plans
The free plugin protects a site completely. ReportedIP Hive Pro is the add-on for the Professional, Business and Enterprise plans: managed delivery of codes, features for shops, teams and agencies, and more of the community quotas. It runs next to the free plugin and reads the plan from your Community Access Key.

Business can be booked several times. At checkout, or later in the customer portal, Business x2, x5, x10 or x20 multiplies the checks, reports, relay allowances and domains per licence, for example x5 = 75 domains and 500,000 checks a day, with a volume discount from x2. Professional stays a single licence; beyond 20 Business licences Enterprise begins.
Mail and SMS relay
With the add-on on Professional and up, the mails of the plugin, 2FA codes, security alerts, audit and quota
mails, go through the reportedip.com relay with SPF, DKIM and DMARC in place, so codes do not land in spam the
way an unauthenticated wp_mail() from shared hosting often does. SMS codes go through the managed
SMS relay, without your own provider account.
- Allowance: Professional 500 mails and 25 SMS a month, Business 2,500 and 75 per licence, Enterprise mails unlimited within fair use and SMS by contract.
- Top-up bundles: 50, 200 or 500 SMS for 14.90, 49.90 or 99.90 €; 1,000, 5,000 or 25,000 mails for 4.90, 14.90 or 49.90 €, VAT included. Credits do not expire.
- Order: first the monthly allowance, then the bundle. When both are used up, mail falls back to
wp_mail()and SMS stops until the reset; every other 2FA method keeps working. - Any relay error also falls back to
wp_mail(), so a code is never lost because of the relay.
MainWP integration
The free plugin answers jobs of a MainWP dashboard through the MainWP Child plugin, which authenticates every request; there is no extra credential and no new endpoint. It is not tied to a plan.
- Sync: counts only, such as active blocks, whitelist size, failed sign-ins, comment spam, reputation blocks, queue size, recent critical events and users with 2FA, plus the firewall state (engine, report-only, Extended Protection enabled and running) and the operating mode.
- Provisioning: pushes a Community Access Key to a site and can switch it into the Community Network in the same job.
- Settings: the extension reads the versioned settings schema of each site, applies a global policy with per-site overrides and notices drift through a fingerprint in every sync. Each value is checked on the site itself; a value the plan does not cover is skipped.
- Pro on child sites: the extension can install ReportedIP Hive Pro on sites with a paid plan.
No address, user name, secret or key leaves the managed site through this channel.
Cloud fleet management
Part of the Pro add-on on the Business plan. The same settings policies, without MainWP, from Domains in your reportedip.com account: one global policy, single fields overridden per site, a push with one click and a target and actual comparison per site.
- Opt-in per site: the switch "Cloud fleet management" on the Community page, Settings tab, is off by default. Without it the site refuses every request.
- Signed requests: every push is Ed25519-signed and checked against a public key in the add-on, with a five-minute window, single-use request ids, a binding to the site address and a proof of your access key.
- Same rules as MainWP: both speak the same settings protocol, and the site validates every value before writing it.
- Needs the Community Network and a Business or Enterprise plan.
When the plan changes
An upgrade switches on what the new plan recommends for every setting you have not changed yourself. On a lower
plan the features above the plan pause: their settings and user data stay, the storefront challenge pauses, mail
goes through wp_mail(), and existing account blocks stay enforced. Nothing is lost when the plan
comes back. Without the add-on the free plugin keeps protecting the site as before.
